Joseph SeridisWelcome to the Joseph Seridis Trust Fund. In the attached pages you will find information about Joseph and his family and background to the establishment of the Trust.

As a supporter of the Trust you will find details about how you can join others in fundraising activities and make a personal donation, which is tax deductable. There is also a news section which will keep supporters up to date with the activities of the Trust.

As a person with a disability, family member or worker who represents a person with a disability you can find all of the information and documents needed to make an application to the Fund.

The aim of the Trust is to assist young people with physical and multiple disabilities by meeting the cost of providing equipment associated with enhancing daily living and independence.

As at June 2010 the Trust had supported twenty two individuals to purchase equipment to the value of $48,120.

Establishment of the Trust

The founders of the Trust are the parents of Joseph Seridis. The Trust Fund has been created in honour of Joseph who died after a short illness in January 2002. Joseph was a much loved and well-respected member of the Gawler Lifestyles Explorers Group, a programme of UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide. Joseph was a regular group member there for many years and the Seridis Family have set up the Trust Fund in acknowledgement of the Group’s support of him.

Current Trustees are Jim Seridis, Gina Torkington, Gay Cleary and Graham Loveday
